A very warm welcome indeed to La Lanterna West End! After weeks of carrying out building works to refurbish our new home, we are delighted to finally welcome you to our new venture after 20 years of running our City Centre restaurant in Hope Street (open since 1970). After two decades, we’ve certainly learnt a thing or two about Glasgow’s enthusiastic appreciation for quality, authentic, Italian food. And that’s what we’re proud to serve you from Glasgow’s West End, at 447 Great Western Road. From the classics to new twists on traditional dishes, we’re striving to bring local, Italian neighbourhood dining to each and every plate.

Needless to say, the main men themselves, our owners Chris and Luca are as proud as punch to add another jewel to the La Lanterna crown. Not to mention, the whole team have been full of beans since our launch day. Things got even more exciting on day one when none other than Hollywood A-lister, Chris Pine, popped in for a spot of dinner with us. Who could be next…Brad Pitt?
Sevice has well and truly begun and we’ve been off to more than a flying start. We’ve been so overwhelmed by your support and want to thank each and every one of you who has flock over so far. GRAZIE MILLE!
